The airline providing the wet lease is responsible for meeting the following ACMI requirements during the lease period:
A (Aircraft):The leased aircraft must possess a valid airworthiness certificate.
C (Crew):The aircraft must be staffed with pilots and cabin crew holding valid licenses suitable for the aircraft type. The number of crew must be adequate for the planned flight hours.
M (Maintenance):Maintenance and repair services must be performed by certified technicians qualified for the specific aircraft type, covering routine and non-routine tasks.
I (Insurance):The aircraft must be insured under a policy meeting international civil aviation requirements, covering all necessary terms and limits.
