Jazz Jet is an aviation company that connects leasing companies and lessees for commercial passenger/cargo aircraft wet lease or charter agreements, providing services to clients by negotiating the most favorable terms.
Airlines in need of aircraft leasing can easily create requests for the aircraft or aircrafts they choose from our continuously updated availability list published on our website. Once they receive the offer and approve it, they sign a wet lease agreement with Jazz Jet, which includes all the details. A similar agreement is signed between the lessor and Jazz Jet simultaneously. During this process, a confidentiality agreement is also signed between the lessor, lessee, and Jazz Jet.
Main Agreement
A final agreement is prepared by Jazz Jet between the lessee, lessor, and Jazz Jet, which aligns with the conditions agreed upon by both parties (Prices section marked as "AS AGREED") for submission to authorities. After the above process is completed, the agreement is signed by all parties, and the process is successfully concluded.
Payment
Both the lessee and lessor fulfill all the requirements specified in the agreement under the coordination of Jazz Jet.
All necessary payments are collected and paid by Jazz Jet.
Jazz Jet’s accounting department closely monitors the payments, proactively making necessary warnings and taking required actions to avoid any issues and ensure that payments are made on time and in full.
At the end of the lease, based on the agreement signed by both parties, financial reconciliation is conducted with both parties based on the guaranteed and actual Block Hours, and any receivables or payables are collected, if applicable.
Local Support
Jazz Jet can provide local support upon request during long-term Wet Lease agreements. Thanks to our widespread network of representative offices, we are able to assist customers with crew transfers, hotel reservations, fuel, and handling services at locations where flights are operated.
Operation
Throughout the lease term, all operations are monitored 24/7 by Jazz Jet’s operations offices, and detailed reports regarding the process can be provided to clients. In the event of any issues during the process, the customer will be immediately informed, and solution-oriented support will be offered.

Through our legal department, composed of experienced attorneys, we are able to make international agreements that protect the mutual rights of our customers.
